Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Drl virgin hair. We take pride in the quality of our hair extensions and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we do an extensive quality check on all of our units and products before selling to insure that your experience with us is top tier, with that being said due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The hair extensions must be unused (lace should not be cut , bleached or customized).
The return request must be made within 4 days of the delivery date.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Due to hygiene concerns, any product that has been opened, worn, installed, or tampered with is not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Opened or used hair extensions
Final sale, promotional, or clearance items
Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., custom wigs or colored bundles)
Items returned after the 7-day return window
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
They are defective or damaged upon arrival
You received the wrong item
If your order qualifies, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to exchange the item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as a gift card to be used on any DRL UNITS OR PRODUCTS.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the return is lost or damaged in transit, a refund may not be issued.
5. Return Instructions
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Email us at drlvirginhair@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if necessary).
2. If your return is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
3. Securely package the item and ship using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
6. Important Notes
All returned items are subject to inspection. If the product shows signs of use, wear, or is not returned in its original condition, the return will be rejected.
Refunds are only issued to the original method of payment if the issue was on our behalf. Any other refunds will be gifted in a email to be used on our website.
Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
